School Day

The gates to the school open at 8.40am in order for the first session to start at 8.50am. The EYFS children will enter the EYFS gates. The Two Year olds will enter via the two year old door and the Nursery and Reception will go through the EYFS door. The staff will meet the children and parents. For children from Y1 – Y6, parents will drop their child off at the gate and they will walk into the school. Mr G. Johnson will stand at the gate welcoming the children.

The day ends at 3.20pm. The parents will collect their children from the yard where staff will send children to their adults that are allowed to collect. For the safety of your children, no pupil will be allowed to leave the building before the regular time unless accompanied by a parent or parents’ named representative. Parents may collect their child from the Main Office. They must be signed off the premises using the signing IN/OUT register.

The Contact/Admission Form that is completed on entry to school has an appropriate statement for parents to sign acknowledging their responsibility in this area.
